SID rinde reconocimiento a servidores más antiguos (SID recognizes their oldest employees)

FOR FORTY YEARS NOW, THE COMPANY HAS BEEN IMPLEMENTING A MOTIVATIONAL PROGRAM

With the main objective of recognizing the merits of the employee who has been able to add years of continued labor, permanence and to thus set an example of consistency, the Sociedad Industrial Dominicana (SID) has been recognizing, for 40 years now, their oldest human resources.
This year, at arriving at its 65th anniversary, the company, in a gala setting, set out to achieve its goal and hand out plaques and buttons to the employees that had been with the company for ten years or more.
On this occasion, the chosen stage was the La Fiesta room at the Jaragua Hotel, a place were the main company executives gathered, together with their relatives, as well as the employees to be recognized.
Recognized
For their years of services, the company recognized Manuel Pichardo, Rafael Zowe and Charles Mariotti, all three pensioned, and who have been with the company for 64, 51 and 48 years, respectively. Each received a plaque. The other employees who received buttons had been with the company for 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and 45 years. The plaques and buttons were handed out by José Miguel Bonetti and Roberto Bonetti, president and executive vice-president, respectively of SID. In the main speech during the event, Roberto Bonetti stressed the importance for the company of the motivational program with the recognition of merit of employees who to the company exemplify years of labor, permanence and an example of constancy.
At the end of Roberto Bonetti's speech, a video was shown which depicted the years lived by SID, with some images of the 40s which showed the peanut harvest, the production of cooking oils and then the ad campaigns of the 70s and 80s, until arriving at the induction ceremony for new employees, where the organizational structure, benefits and commitments were also a highlight.
The script for the video was created by the management of Human Resources and was produced by Cornelia Margarita. At the end of the ceremony, José Miguel Bonetti thanks the attendees for their sustained support, and praised the value and efforts of all the men and women who make up SID's human capital.
"Sociedad Industrial Dominicana arrives at this event with a new magic, with the certainty that the new path has been laid out by hard working men and women", he expressed.
The musical part of the act was coordinated by Adalgisa Pantaleón, Jorge Taveras and the ballet of Oscar Grullón. To conclude, the invited guests shared a luncheon in their honor.
