With the firm intention of increasing the national
production of cooking oils in the country, in the
decade of the 1980s, Induspalm Dominicana, S.A.
was founded, an agro-industy dedicated to the
growth and processing of the African Palm, to
obtain palm oil and palmiste.
Induspalma also processes the nationally produced copra, from which we extract coconut oil, utilizing several industries.
Our plantations and manufacturing installations are located in the provinces of Hato Mayor and Monte Plata, regions of traditionally scarce agricultural production.
With this activity we support the economic and social development
of the provinces, by positively impacting the environment of
the region where the plantations are, creating a tropical
forest of more than 5,000 hectares of palms.
